Never saw this coming. Of all the possible places, Disney would have been my thought of who would end up owning the SW rights, but didn't see this happening for a good 10-15 years.
And Episode 7? We nerds know it was the original plan back in 1979, but George said "no" around 1999. Guess the times, they are a changing....
I'm quite speechless as well. I can picture aliens with Mickey-looks.
ReplyDeleteAnd the three missing eps (7,8,9) were already there in the 'alternative universe'. If Lucas decided it should stay that way. But no! Someone else has to make some money and there you are...
Hopefully they will not spoil what we already have.
